Everything went amazingly well on the day of the wedding and the band especially were absolutely fantastic we are so pleased we chose The Connor MC Keon Band. From the moment our first dance finished, the band kicked in with the next song, (Thank you for such a good job on ‘build me up buttercup’ – it went down a storm..!) every single person was up and dancing for the rest of the night – literally the whole night – Connor’s voice sounded amazing and the band were just incredible. I remember taking Cathrina aside mid way through the evening to take a moment at the back of the room to take it all in, all we saw were deserted tables because all the guests were packed on to the dance floor going crazy and thoroughly enjoying themselves at our wedding… it was an amazing sight and a great memory. When I say everyone was dancing – everyone from our 5 year old flower girl, who was glued to the dancefloor, to my 93 year old grandfather, his first time in Ireland– myself and Cathrina couldn’t believe our eyes… All our friends and family raved about the band were and how they helped to make it an epic night – the set list was perfect – the mix of modern, old and Irish classics went down a storm, and my shiny new wife very much enjoyed being serenaded to by Connor We have been on a high since last weekend and a big part of that is down to you guys, you really did make the wedding very special, so thank you so much. BeatClub played out wedding in Sept 2019. Brendan was a joy to deal with from the moment we contacted him. No amount of requests were a problem and we are music fanatics so there were a lot! The lads were amazing on the night. The floor was hopping with everyone from 7 to 70+ years olds. We got so many comments from our guests that this was THE best wedding band they had ever seen. They played a massive part in making our big day such an enjoyable and memorable one. We could not recommend them highly enough – great people and superb band. Book them: it will be the best wedding decision you’ll ever make!

We were married in January this year at Wright’s Angler’s Rest and as a musician myself, it was really important to me to choose the best band available. Beat Club didn’t disappoint and everyone (of all ages) was out on the dance-floor from beginning to the very end! So many people commented that every single song played was one to dance to and I’m certain that many of my friends will want to hire Beat Club for their own weddings. Brendan was very easy to deal with too. It really made our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier!

The wise guys were the most amazing wedding band from start to finish! When we arrived at the reception they already had the crowd going and kept them going until late with the dj! I cannot recommend then enough! They made are special day perfect! If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to them!

What more can be said about Connor Mc Keon that hasn’t been said already? We’ll tell you first hand.. Connor. Is. AMAZING. Without a doubt one of THE highlights of our special day in Ireland! Sarah and I had planned our dream wedding but were loathe to go the “DJ” route. We wanted live, upbeat music to really punctuate our day – and Connor did not disappoint! Lights, sound, song selection, tempo, everything – simply perfect. Connor even adapted my song selection (for the mother and son dance) into a very touching acoustic performance. No dry eye’s in the place. The reception was a solid 3 hours of fun and several million calories were burned tearing up the dance floor. Each and every member of the band was on point and extremely “into it”. We especially loved the fact that Connor was able to get Sarah up and sing! (Not an easy task in and of itself). We simply cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and punctuality – all around. From booking through to the performance; each step of the process was simply effortless. Our thanks to you, Connor. You have a permanent place in our hearts! Thank you!

The lads did a great job for our wedding in Wicklow last weekend, dancefloor full all night and plenty of comments about how good the band and DJ were. Definitely recommend. Thx Glen

Top of the Popz were excellent value for money. They are a young, well turned out group with a clear enthusiasm and passion for music and seeing people enjoying themselves. I’ve never been one to worry about a dance floor looking full or not, as the priority is for guests to feel comfortable and happy wherever they are. The band were so engaging and fun that they managed to get everyone on the floor at different stages. It was lovely to see our granny and parents having as much craic as our friends. Though there were quite a few bruises the next morning because people were getting a bit too much into the music.
